Diane has a huge heart to help empower and encourage individuals who are broken in spirit. Her desire is to help you feel heard and to understand and support your views and beliefs. She is very passionate about caring to hear your personal story and to walk with you on your path toward healing.

Individual therapy is a personal and confidential form of psychotherapy where a client will works one-on-one with Diane in a safe and supportive environment. This therapeutic approach is centered on the client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. It provides a space for individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, and better understand themselves and others.

Through this process, Diane fosters various techniques tailored to the individual's situation to help them gain insight into their difficulties, develop new strategies for coping with emotional pain, and take steps towards personal growth and wellbeing. Individual therapy can address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions and more.

The aim of individual therapy is not only to alleviate immediate distress but also to equip clients with lifelong skills and insights to handle future challenges more effectively.
