Self Care Smart

Dr. Dan Davidson and Diane Davidson Gammon are siblings with a shared passion for holistic health and healing. They have joined forces to create a unique wellness initiative, Self Care Smart. Dr. Davidson, a chiropractor, operates The Back Resort in Salem, Virginia, focusing on physical well-being. Meanwhile, Diane Gammon, a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor, serving all Tennessee with an office in Murfreesboro, catering more to mental and emotional health. Diane is also a Certified Integrated Medicine Nutritional Mental Health Provider and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist.

Their collaboration offers a comprehensive approach to wellness, encompassing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Leveraging their expertise and commitment to serving others and God, they provide valuable health tips and insights across various social media platforms. This initiative reflects their dedication to sharing knowledge, fostering optimal health, and conveying a message of hope and healing.

Diane healed herself naturally from an autoimmune disorder called dermatomyositis which affects an individual’s skin and muscles. Diane went from having difficulty standing and not being able to twist open a water bottle due to weak muscles….. to ballroom dancing and taking martial arts classes weekly! She shares part of her healing journey on TikTok Self Care Smart and will further in future books.

Her first book written with her brother Dr. Dan is: Self Care Smart; Calm Your Mind, Lift Your Spirts and Boost Your Body which will be available at the beginning of 2025.

They lost their mother to pancreatic cancer over 30 years ago and dedicate their message of hope and healing to her precious memory (Darlene Kay Davidson). They also dedicate this project to their 91year-old father, Dr. Don Davidson DC who influenced them with his huge garden— to be Self-Care Smart!
