In Order to Fly- You Need To Spread Your Wings! What Does This Mean You Ask?

I have this quote up on the wall of my counseling office. 

It is translated as.... we need to at least place ourselves in a position and place for opportunity and then begin to MAKE A MOVE OF ACTION toward our desired goal! 

Get off that couch! 

Get out of bed! 

Get out of your comfort zone and MAKE A MOVE and live more!
