Encourage Others- They Will Prosper By You Believing In Them
If you ask a successful person what helped them to continue to strive toward their goal- they will say that "SOMEONE BELIEVED IN THEM!"

Be that somebody. Believe and support someone today. It can change their life.

Do Not Waste Your Mental Energy On Regrets- Focus On Possibilities!

Instead of spending your mental energy on “What might have been” and “What I wish could have been”…….. focus your thought process in “What can Be!”

Thinking of regrets and misfortunes is a waste of mental energy. Instead, think of POSSIBILITIES and OPPORTUNITIES THAT LIE AHEAD!

Mental Health Monday- Free Support Group, March 6th- Let Go Of Negative Strongholds
Monday, March 6th at 7pm is the next Depression, Anxiety, Hopelessness, Sadness, etc. Free Support Group (For Adults of all ages).

The topic will be -

Mental Health Monday / Letting Go Of Negative Strongholds In Your Life

Are there negative concepts in your life that you hold on to tight?

Do you chose to believe something that someone told you about yourself that was negative?

Lets say that someone in your life told you that you would not amount to anything.

This person many have been out of your life now for many years or even have passed away--- however- you still hold on to what they told you!!

You may go around in life thinking to yourself, "I am a nobody, _______ told me so".

Can you relate to something similar to that?

Are you holding on to a negative concept about yourself because of a another person?

It could be something that someone told you or it could have been because of abuse toward you that is the reason that you think negatively of yourself.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE, WORDS, OR EXPERIENCES HOLD YOU BACK FROM BEING THE PERSON THAT YOU CAN BE-- OR FROM YOU ENJOYING YOUR LIFE!

Do not give them this power.

You may also be holding on to a negative strong hold in your mind that YOU have put there yourself.

Learn how to 'let it go' at our next Support Group on Mental Health Monday, Monday, March 6th.

 Registration is required.

Do Not Quit! Sometimes Things Have To Get Worse Before You Get Motivated To Make Changes!
Are you unmotivated to help yourself make positive changes in your life?

Are you feeling like there is no use to try because things in your life get worse and worse?

Sometimes things have to get worse before you get motivated to say- "Enough, I am mad. I am tired of this. I want to have a different life. I do not want to be a victim anymore. I want to do what is in my power to help myself!"

So- rock bottom becomes the solid ground for which you can rebuild you life!

 Do not give up!

Turning The Other Cheek- Instead Of Fighting Back
I know that for most people that it can feel like a sign of weakness to turn the other cheek when someone did you wrong.

But it is not always a sign of weakness. It is more of a sign of being the bigger person and being mature, loving, forgiving, and deciding not to make a mountain out of a molehill.

I am not saying to be mistreated and to be a door mat. However, before you retaliate, ask yourself what good could possibly come out of it?

You Cannot Control Others- But You Can Control Yourself!
You cannot help it if the storms of life come your way- However, you can be in control of how you respond.

Choose to learn from the storm of life and to keep on moving forward.

Choose joy

Choose forgiveness

Choose to see the positive

Choose to be strong

Choose to have faith
