My Afternoon Smoothie! Quick, Easy & Healthy!
Do you need a healthy lunch on the run? Make a quick and easy smoothie! That’s what I did for today! I used a couple juices that were available since I did not have time to juice vegetables myself.  I try to keep Bolthouse Farms carrot juice in my fridge and another type of juice that is not loaded with sugar for days that I want to make a quick smoothie. I then added raw carrots, and orange, pineapple, spinach leaves, dandelion leaves, and then I added some green powder of a mixture of healthy greens. The pineapple was frozen so it helped my smoothie have more of a shake feel to it! Blend and go! Eat healthy on the run!

Be Sure To Walk Daily Even Though It Is Winter!
It is winter and it is easy to feel down in spirits... to have the ‘winter blues’.

It is also easy to not get enough exercise.

It is important for you to still be active and brisk walk every day.

Either bundle up and walk outside or go to a gym and walk!

Continuing to walk even though it is freezing outside will help your mental and physical health!

Work it! Go for a walk today!

Beating The January Blues

The first couple weeks of January are when people feel the most depressed all year.  It is referred to as the January Blues. It is considered to be the gloomiest month of the year as we try to make new goals for our lives.

The best way to help you feel better is to walk outside. Even if it is cold where you live, bundle up and go for a walk!!!! It is the best thing that you can do for your mood!

Only set small and attainable goals for yourself right now. This way, you won’t feel overwhelmed with your goals. Set small and specific goals for yourself. You can always add more goals later.

Plan something that you can look forward to! Maybe try a new class or learn a new hobby for example.

Plan to exercise more than you have in the past. Again, set small goals. However, set some kind of exercise and fitness goals. It will make you feel better!

Join a support group and/ or a Bible study.

Pray! pray! pray!

Seek support and help and never give up!

You are Worthy!

A safe place to heal.

Don't Ever Lose Hope
I have personally suffered 5 miscarriages and I had an infant daughter pass away. I went one to have another daughter.

One of my daughters lost a son last year and just gave birth to her 'rainbow baby' January 1!

Don't lose hope in your life- what ever it is that you are striving for! God cares and if it is in his will, He will deliver.
