Moringo Powder Health Benefits

Moringa powder helps to build the immune system.

Moringa contains minerals, vitamins and proteins, and it can be used as an antioxidant to prevent harm to cells.

I put it in my smoothies.

You can find it at most health food stores.

It is also used to treat:

The Key to Healthy Eating- Make Small Changes a Little at a Time

 My breakfast today!
#organicquinoa #organicmillet #organiccucumbers #organicrawalmonds #selfcare #healthyliving #healthydiet #choosejoy #havehope #renewhealth #Livebig #livingwithhopeounseling #godlovesyou #thereisalwayshope #vegan #vegetarian #nosugar #noprocessedfoods

It can be overwhelming to make a huge lifestyle change.

Years ago, I wanted to make changes with my food intake and I remember being overwhelmed and not being able to afford healthy food.

Then I decided that I could make small changes a little at a time.

I want to encourage you to make a list of the changes that you would like to make toward a healthier lifestyle regarding your diet.

Then make one small change at a time. Continue to add small changes one at a time every so often.

Before you know it, you will be eating healthier.

It is only expensive if you buy healthy groceries in a addition to all of the processed foods/ other foods that you also buy.

The key is to replace something with a healthy option.

 Happy healthy eating!

Pause in Chaos & Count Your Blessings
It is so easy to get caught up in negative thinking when we are going through difficult times.

Try to take a deep breath- then two more.

Then try to picture a peaceful vision in your mind.

Talk to yourself positively. Tell yourself that you will be okay.

Then, start to think of all of your blessings and focus on what you are thankful for instead of your difficulties.

What you focus on becomes bigger.

Your thoughts influence your feelings and then your actions.

Juicing Veggies- Learn 3 Simple Health Benefits!

Cooking and processing food destroys  micronutrients by altering their shape and chemical composition.

  1. Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. This is important because most of us have impaired digestion as a result of making less-than-optimal food choices over many years. This limits your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. Juicing can help to "pre-digest" them for you, so you will get most of the nutrition.
  2. Juicing allows you to consume an optimal amount of vegetables in an efficient manner. Some people find that eating many vegetables to be difficult, but it can be easily accomplished with a quick glass of vegetable juice.
  3. You can add a wider variety of vegetables in your diet. Many people eat the same vegetable salads every day. This violates the principle of regular food rotation and increases your chance of developing an allergy to a certain food. However with juicing, you can juice a wide variety of vegetables that you may not normally enjoy eating whole.

God Never Made a Person That He Didn’t Love.......
...And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God”

(Ephesians 3:18-19 NLT, second edition).

The width of God’s love extends across the entire world and includes everyone he has created: “The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does” (Psalm 145:17 NIV).

God never made a person that he didn’t love. He made you and he loves you — and God doesn’t make junk! He loves you unconditionally. He loves you very, very much.

Everybody matters to God. In fact, we see in the life of Jesus that he even loves the unlovely and those who may feel unlovable.

Do you want to know the secret of self-esteem?
Here it is: If you want confidence, then understand how much you matter to God. If God loves you, who cares what anybody else thinks?

Because God loves you, there is no need to prove your self-worth.

You don’t have to wear certain kinds of clothes to make yourself feel like you are okay or -you do not have to drive a nice car to prop up our faltering egos.

You don’t need status symbols anymore.

God loves you!
