Hope For Depression

I know that sometimes you may feel like there is no hope.

If you are feeling depressed, please know that there is always hope.

There are mental health professionals that can help you.

Seek help.

Seek support.

You are not alone.

You are stronger than you think.

Take the first step toward change.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

God loves you with an everlasing love and has big plans for your life.

Pursue your passions. Decide today to find your spirit for life, to live.

What is the first step that you need to take today for helping yourself- or for helping someone else?

Just take the first step.

Take a minute at a time.

Do not give up.

Your life matters and there is hope and help.

Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!

Pain & Fear - Will It Ever Go Away?
Are you living with pain that you cannot shake off? It can be emotional, mental, spiritual, physical or more.

Do you want to learn how to work through the pain but are afraid?

Many people want all of their pain to end but they are afraid to actually heal.

They fear how their life will be after they heal.

It is more comfortable for them to live in pain and fear than to heal and to live a new life.

A new healthy life style may be  something that you cannot imagine because you have never lived other than how you are living with pain and fear.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

In order to have something that you have never had- You have to do something that you have never done before!

What is holding you back?

What are you afraid of?

You have to risk losing a part of something in order to make a positive change in your life.

Seek professional help if need be on how to identify what is holding you back from living a life of abundance.

There is Always Hope- Don’t Give Up
It may seem like there is no hope, but there is always hope.

Emotional pain is temporary.

Try not to base your outlook on life based on your current circumstances.

Also, try not to make major decisions based on emotions.

Tomorrow is a new day and another opportunity for new beginnings.

Keep your head up and try to be positive.

There is always hope.

Seek support and help if needed.

Do Not Disturb- Do You Ever Feel Like This?
Do you ever wish that you can wear a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign around your neck sometimes?

Also, do you wish that this sign would be socially accepted and honored without judgment?

Ask yourself what you can do to protect yourself emotionally from situations in which you feel overwhelmed and/ or when you need to be alone.

Put boundaries in place where you believe it is appropriate and needed to do so.

Also, seek professional help if you feel that your need for boundaries is fear based.

You can learn to work through these fears and to live a more productive and mentally healthy life.

Allow yourself to self-reflect on what your needs are based on.
