Lift one another up in prayer!

Also, pray to God and give him what you are struggling with.

There is Always Hope- Don’t Give Up
It may seem like there is no hope, but there is always hope.

Emotional pain is temporary.

Try not to base your outlook on life based on your current circumstances.

Also, try not to make major decisions based on emotions.

Tomorrow is a new day and another opportunity for new beginnings.

Keep your head up and try to be positive.

There is always hope.

Seek support and help if needed.

Do Not Disturb- Do You Ever Feel Like This?
Do you ever wish that you can wear a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign around your neck sometimes?

Also, do you wish that this sign would be socially accepted and honored without judgment?

Ask yourself what you can do to protect yourself emotionally from situations in which you feel overwhelmed and/ or when you need to be alone.

Put boundaries in place where you believe it is appropriate and needed to do so.

Also, seek professional help if you feel that your need for boundaries is fear based.

You can learn to work through these fears and to live a more productive and mentally healthy life.

Allow yourself to self-reflect on what your needs are based on.

Grief- There is No Time Limit
There is not an expiration date on grief.

Don't let other make you think that you should be over your grief by a certain time.

Everyone heals in their own way in their own timetable.

Seek support, seek professional help when needed.

Give yourself time and allow yourself to feel how you feel.

Also, know that you can move on with your life and be happy and that does not mean that you didn't care for who you were grieving for.

Be Intentional With Your Healing/ New Path!

What ever you are working on in your life, how much are you really dedicated to it?

If you are going to work on something in your life, give it your all.

Try not to only work on it a little because you do not believe in yourself or something else.

Be intentional and strive toward what you are working on boldly and with confidence!

Fake it until you make it if you must!

Remember, what you choose to focus on will grow.

This include your actual efforts!

There Are Far Better Things Ahead!

"There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind". C.S.Lewis

Do you find yourself looking at, thinking of, or focusing on your past?

It is important to allow yourself to feel how you truly feel. Then, reach out for professional help to work through the pain. Then and only then are you ready to work on letting go of the past and focus on the present and future more.

Learn to move forward in your life looking and focusing ahead!

"Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead," Philippians 3:13

God loves you with an everlasting love and has big plans for your life!

A Plant- Based Burger- Delicious! (Nashville Restaurant)

For my birthday, my youngest daughter took me to Nashville to eat at a plant-based restaurant. It was called Avo and it was delicious!

I honestly didn’t think that a burger could taste so good!

Have you ever tried a plant-based burger? I would love to hear about it. You can leave your comments below.

Worrying- It Will Not Help The Outcome
Just... what if you prayed or talked to yourself in a positive manner instead of worrying?

What if you chose to think of a good possible outcome instead of worrying about what could go wrong?

Try to do things to calm yourself down when you feel anxious and are worried.

Take slow deep breaths, tell yourself over and over that you will be okay, visualize yourself out in nature feeling at peace and safe, and pray.

What you choose to focus on will grow and influence your moods and actions.

Worry Less
Pray More
Visualize Positive Outcomes
