I'm BAAACK! Was on HONEYMOON! (Pics)
Hello. I am so sorry that I am behind on my blogs! I have been preparing for my wedding and then went on my honeymoon!

I am turning 55 years old and living life to the fullest and... have never been healthier!

I have experienced many traumas and have healed.

You can too!

Remember--------You are never too old to pursue your passions, goals and dreams in life!

Rom 12:12 - "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."

Loving Self-Talk
How many times have you talked to yourself negatively or harshly?

How often do you have irrational thoughts and unhealthy core beliefs about yourself?

Now........ would you talk to someone that you love the same way? Usually, this is a no.

Ask yourself why/ what is preventing you from talking to yourself with the same kindness and love that you speak to others who are struggling.

Work on healing these self-defeating thoughts.

Part of self-care is self-love.

Walking Can Add Years To Your Life!
I have heard from several studies that walking at least 25 minutes a day has many health benefits.

Specifically, walking - even slowly- daily can add up to 7 years of your life! This is true even for older adults such as myself!

Also, walking daily can cut your risk for heart disease IN HALF!

It is best to start out very slow under a doctors care before starting a new exercise routine.

Why Organic Food?

Organic foods helps fight cancer, stroke, heart problems and other diseases.
 Organic food contains more nutrients.
Pesticides that are on fruits and vegetables have been linked to many diseases.

When possible- go organic!

You Need To Choose To Make Positive Changes
Just a reminder that it is helpful to first work on your thinking before you can make positive changes in your life.

You have to first decide that you want positive and healthy changes for YOUrself before you can make them happen!

What kind of thoughts are you focusing on today?

What changes would you like to make?

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

 You are Worthy!

A safe place to heal.
