While testing is important, so is allowing a child to be creative! Let them express themselves in ways that best suit them. It is healthy for their mental and physical health!

Depression does not always look like we think it might look. Many people actually appear to be happier when they are the most depressed or right before they commit suicide. Take the time to engage with your loved ones. Talk to them. Listen to them. Be there for them. Hug them. If you Or someone you know is severely depressed, there is help. Seek professional counseling. There is always hope!
